Excellent price, location and quality ratio
Cozy, neat and comfortable room. Excellent working air conditioner. Breakfast is quite simple, but it depends on your imagination :) The place may be a bit far from the main attractions, but it is convenient to reach the train and bus station.
As for our room, we could hear the street noise and the air conditioner working, and the poor Wi-Fi connection. But it didn't interfere with the vacation :)

Good
Air conditioning was wonderful in the heat.
Although our room had beds for 4, there wasn't much room for the luggage that 4 people bring, and we don't travel with a significant amount of luggage. A little more coordinated on our arrival time would have made it easier - having no reception makes checking in tricky.

The room was very nice and clean. The location is good
The breakfast was too poor for the price it requiered. It would have been nice to be able to have a possibility to talk to the host. We only interacted with the host via Booking messages.
